GST Bill Generator is a free set of GST tools for Indian small businesses, shopkeepers, freelancers, accountants and students. Our goal is simple: make GST billing and everyday GST calculations effortless, private and free — with no login, no sign-up and no tracking.

Our mission

Compliance tools are often locked behind paywalls or accounts. We believe the basics — creating an invoice, checking a GSTIN, working out a rate or a late fee — should be free and instant for everyone. Every tool here runs entirely in your browser, which means your business and customer data never leaves your device and is never sent to any server.

How we keep rates accurate

India's GST framework changes over time; most recently, the September 2025 reform rationalised the slabs to mainly 0%, 5% and 18%, with a 40% rate on luxury and sin goods. We verify rates and rules against official sources — the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (cbic.gov.in), the GST portal (gst.gov.in), and Press Information Bureau notifications (pib.gov.in) — and show a "Last updated" date on each tool and article. Tax rules can still change or contain exceptions, so we always recommend confirming with the official GST portal or a qualified professional before filing.
