How to make a mistry / labour bill

  1. Enter your name/thekedar and the customer's site address.
  2. Add a labour line with unit "day" and quantity = number of days (or "job" for a fixed rate).
  3. Add material items — cement, sand, bricks — on separate lines.
  4. Leave GST off if unregistered, or tick to turn it on.
  5. Click Download PDF or Print, and add a UPI ID for a pay QR.

Daily wage and material

Keeping labour (daily wage) and material on separate lines makes the bill easy to understand and settle. If you are GST-registered, works-contract and construction labour are generally taxed at 18%, while supplied materials carry their own rates — set each line's rate accordingly. Most individual masons below the registration threshold can issue a simple non-GST bill.
